Job Description
Department the intern will be working	Customer Service and Support
Job Description1	In this phase, the trainee will receive training in how to: troubleshoot applications, identify various problems with software products, and run product application tests.
Job Description2	The trainee will assist clients with the troubleshooting of their software applications and work closely with application developer to correct identified problems of software applications.
Job Description3	While under the supervision of a manager, the trainee will gain knowledge and hands-on experience in: working closely with the development team to test new applications.
Job Description4	During the brainstorming sessions with developers for new applications, the trainee will contribute knowledge of practices in his home country that have yet to be introduced in the US market.
Measurable results expected from the intern	The trainee will be familiar with DeviceNet, Profibus, Modbus, ControlNet, RIO, DH+, and Ethernet. In addition to this, the trainee will gain a larger proficiency in industrial automation with oil and gas operations, automotive, packaging, and pharmaceutical companies and other programming languages.
Preparation required from the intern before arrival	In preparation to the arrival, it is preferred that the trainee have previous background in customer service.
