Description

We are currently looking for a:
Business Process Coordinator
Reporting to the Director, Business Processes and Sourcing Strategy, the Business Process Coordinator is responsible for establishing, implementing, and supporting processes required in evolving the Sourcing department. The Business Process Coordinator will work with cross-functional partners to ensure all processes are clearly communicated and adopted internally and across supply base. There will be considerable focus on tying together all the supply chain stakeholders from design, sourcing, merchandising, factories, logistics, and financial professionals.
 Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support, collaborate and provide information to BPO on progress, accomplishments and issues;
  • Participate in the delivery of change programs that enhance business and support the BPO in the development of business solutions;
  • Review and validate existing documentation or processes pertaining to Product Design, PO Management, Traffic and Finance and ensure the flow within Process is well aligned to our business needs;
  • Support product cycle management process improvements through various projects.
Qualifications and competencies: 
  • University level degree;
  • 2 years experience in a similar role, in a retail/wholesale environment;
  • Experience in reporting writing;
  • Experience in production, traffic and logistics an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Visio);
  • Extensive understanding of production cycle, fabric, manufacturing and impact on design.
  • Dynamic and open-minded;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • High level of adaptability and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
  • Proven ability to partner with others to understand requirements and impact changes;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize;
  • Results-oriented;
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Bilingual: French & English (written and spoken)
